Payment/Fees

Sessions cost $300.

I can provide you with a receipt for out-of-network reimbursement.  I am not participating as an in-network provider with any insurance panels at this time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of scheduled appointments or the session must be paid for in full.

Insurance

I accept most out-of-network insurance. If you are unsure if you have out-of-network insurance, you can call member services and ask.

Some helpful questions for your insurance provider:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits that allow for out-of-network services?

• Is there a deductible, and how much has been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• Does my insurance require that I have preauthorization prior to sessions with a therapist? (If so, it is your responsibility to have that information prior to our first session).

If you wish to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, I will provide you with a detailed bill with all of the required information on it.  I am also happy to call your insurance provider for you if this just seems too complicated.
